Circular Spacers

Mainly used for vertical steel reinforcements like walls or columns. Circular Spacers gives 360° cover to reinforcement. Clip design facilitates different steel diameters. Open structure of circular spacer prevents voids in concrete and minimizes form work contact. Moisture does not penetrate to reinforcement if used according to standard practice. Unbreakable plastic.

Chair Spacers

Chair spacers are used for horizontal reinforcement such as suspended slabs, beams, etc. Good stability. Concave seat accommodates steel diameter of 6-40mm. Open structure of Chair spacer does not obstruct concrete flow. Minimum form work contact. Well developed and widely used for heavier steel reinforcing.

Plastic Ferrule Tubing

Plastic tubing replaces more expensive materials. Used as ferrule tubing to facilitate recovery of expensive thru ties. Supplied in 3m lengths. For correct I.D. of ferrule tubing required, please check I.D. of cone to be used. I.D. of ferrule tubing to be at least 1mm bigger than thru ties.

Push-On Cone

To be attached to each end of Ferrule Tubing.

Joluka Push-On Cone form a chamfered recess in concrete structures for ease of subsequent grouting. They also prevent grout penetrating into Ferrule Tubing during casting of concrete.

Plastic Shutter Button

Used for closing Ferrule Tie holes in steel or timber shutters. Available in various sizes. Inexpensive and robust.

Plain Chamfer

Re-usable Plastic Corner Fillet.

Used for chamfering corners of: beams, columns, slabs, pre-cast concrete, etc.

Applications:

* Mainly used for timber shutters - attach by nailing to shutter.

Slotted Chamfer

50mm lip of PLASTI-CORNER is slotted as per steel shuttering to accept clip and wedge for automatic attaching.

When dismantling formwork, PLASTI-CORNER comes off automatically and is ready for next use.
